Job Description
The incumbent provides legal services to the Department in evaluating and prosecuting violations of state law and administrative rules by licensees of the various professions regulated by the boards. Services are provided on an independent basis and reviewed through supervisor conferences and review of case files, reports, pleadings and orders.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of rulemaking authority and process
  • Knowledge of civil and administrative proceedings and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
