Role OverviewAs a Senior Attorney - Labor & Employment, you will perform a broad variety of legal duties in support of the Authority's General Counsel. You will represent the Authority in employment litigation and labor arbitrations and provide advice on labor and employment matters to various departments within the Authority.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include planning, directing, and participating in legal matters as they relate to employment and labor issues, handling your own caseload of cases and other matters, and making frequent appearances before courts and administrative agencies.

To be a fit for this role, you will need to have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited school of law and be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, plus three (3) years of experience as a practicing attorney, of which one (1) year of experience was spent specializing in employment or labor laws.
