Senior Attorney

You are a highly skilled, business-oriented Senior Attorney with the ability to navigate a wide range of legal, regulatory, and operational matters. You bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to legal challenges and are comfortable advising senior leadership, including executive management and the Board of Directors.

What You Will Do

Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to senior leadership, including C-suite executives, on corporate governance, risk, and business operations. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Texas Bar
• Minimum of 5+ years of corporate law experience (in-house or law firm)
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
