Role OverviewAs a Senior Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions, you will examine damaged vehicles, plan repair processes, and perform quality repairs while meeting on-time status. You will work with others to communicate vehicle repair status, make decisions on repair vs. replace, and direct the work of an apprentice when needed. You will participate in safety meetings, file, grind, and sand repaired surfaces, and explain procedures to assistants.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include examining damaged vehicles, planning repair processes, performing quality repairs, and communicating with others on vehicle repair status.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to use a frame machine, be certified in body repair, have knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer, and be I-CAR welding certified. You will also need to be able to analyze and interpret measuring data, supervise repair personnel, and pass a thorough background check.
