Job Description
Cell Signaling Technology (CST) is a life sciences company focused on accelerating antibody discovery and validation through automation. This Senior Automation Engineer role will contribute to scaling the antibody discovery process by building and owning key automation architecture, and enabling scientists to optimize lab automation workflows. The position involves method development, instrument maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • BS degree (minimum of 8 years of related experience), or Master’s degree (minimum of 6 years experience) or PhD (minimum of 3 years experience)
  • Minimum of 6 years experience integrating liquid handlers to analytical instrumentation in R&D environment
  • Proven track record in writing and optimizing automated liquid handling platforms leveraging standalone instrument software.
  • Proven track record of creating project plans, track timelines, communicate progress and delays to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills
