What You Will Do

Lead the work that keeps America flying safely. Oversee the operational, technical, financial, and workforce execution of a large-scale portfolio delivering mission-critical automation capabilities that enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the nation's aviation infrastructure.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • 18 years of experience leading large technical organizations supporting complex federal IT or engineering programs
  • Experience managing large federal IT programs of 150+ personnel
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IT programs across multiple technical disciplines
  • Experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) for large federal programs
  • Proven success managing and delivering federal IT programs with annual budgets exceeding $100M+
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management, Systems Engineering, and enterprise IT program management
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, technical performance, and organizational risk
  • Strong executive communication and customer engagement skills
  • Experience briefing executive leadership and government customers
  • Ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional programs

Benefits

  • Target Salary Range: $229,000 - $366,000
  • Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
