Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- 18 years of experience leading large technical organizations supporting complex federal IT or engineering programs
- Experience managing large federal IT programs of 150+ personnel
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IT programs across multiple technical disciplines
- Experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) for large federal programs
- Proven success managing and delivering federal IT programs with annual budgets exceeding $100M+
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management, Systems Engineering, and enterprise IT program management
- Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, technical performance, and organizational risk
- Strong executive communication and customer engagement skills
- Experience briefing executive leadership and government customers
- Ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional programs
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $229,000 - $366,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
