Job Description

Dime Community Bank is hiring a Senior Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst to assist in the administration of the Bank's BSA/AML/OFAC program.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
Minimum five years' experience in the financial services industry
At least three years of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance analysis and investigation experience
Ability to understand and interpret BSA/AML and OFAC laws, regulations, and guidance
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
