Job Description
The Senior Bargaining Coordinator will support local unions' collective bargaining efforts and contract campaigns, including training and developing leaders in bargaining practices. They will also craft strategies and training programs for local union leaders related to collective bargaining, first contracts, and contract campaigns.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience in organizing workers and unions
  • Proficiency in proven strategies for union membership growth
  • Leadership development and innovation tools and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate racial justice and anti-racist principles into policy development, staff management, and coalition-building
