What You Will Do
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for completing residential bathroom remodeling projects from preparation through completion. This includes installing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, fixtures, and other bathroom components.

Requirements
- Previous bathroom remodeling or construction experience required
- Experience with plumbing, carpentry, tile, or acrylic systems required
- Lead installation experience preferred
- Must have your own hand tools and power tools
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to and from residential worksites throughout the Seattle area and surrounding areas
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in residential environments
- Must be willing to participate in a background check
