Role OverviewTotal Spectrum is hiring a Senior Behavior Specialist (SBS) to provide high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. The SBS will provide treatment by protocol using best practices in ABA under the direction of a behavior analyst with high independence and technical skills.
What You Will Do
The Senior Behavior Specialist will provide oversight and supervision for their team and clients, mentor and support behavior technicians, write reports and conduct clinical reviews, and deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or be enrolled in a Master's degree program, be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months, and have supervision hours in progress or completed. Requirements
- Master's degree or enrolled in Master's degree program
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months
- Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements)
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
