Role OverviewThe Senior Benefit Manager leads the strategy, design, governance, and management of the U.S and Canadian benefits and retirement programs. This role ensures programs remain competitive, compliant, and cost-effective while supporting business and talent objectives.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include benefits program management, vendor and stakeholder management, compliance and reporting, employee communication and support, and data analysis and strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

- Workday or other HRIS knowledge
- Experience with Benefit Administration Systems
