Job Description
Join Dolby as a Senior Benefits Analyst to design the future of entertainment and help manage benefits and wellbeing programs. As a member of the People and Places team, you'll be part of a global benefits approach that includes core benefits, wellbeing programs, and employee engagement. Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits, you'll support the day-to-day management of Dolby's benefits and wellbeing programs, with a focus on US programs but also supporting global initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration and analysis, with progressive responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of US federal and state regulations governing employee benefit programs.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex benefits information to employees.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
