Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support the day-to-day operations, reporting, audit oversight, and compliance execution of our health and welfare benefits programs across a multi-state and international workforce.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
  • 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Benefits to include reporting and vendor EDI feeds
  • Proven experience with billing reconciliation, reporting, auditing, and compliance execution
