Job Description
Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration, compliance, analysis, and continuous improvement of the Company's health and welfare and retirement programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert for benefit operations and compliance, including 401(k) administration and Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting and tracking.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in benefits administration or benefits compliance
  • Demonstrated experience supporting 401(k) administration and ACA compliance activities
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working with third-party benefit administration vendors and carriers
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
