Job Description
The Senior Benefits Specialist will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Health & Welfare programs, including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans. This role will drive change management efforts, partner with consultants and vendors, and manage vendor relationships to ensure programs are efficient, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.
Requirements
Deep expertise in Health & Welfare benefits
7+ years of benefits administration and advisory experience
Experience leading change management initiatives
Strong project management, analytical, and financial skills
Ability to communicate effectively and make sound decisions
