Role OverviewAct as the subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to real business decisions. This person turns operational friction into data, analytics, and AI/ML opportunities, working with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product.
What You Will Do
Build relationships across internal FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface operational friction points, connect operational pain points to BI, Machine Learning, and AI opportunities, and ensure complex commercial and financial processes are accurately captured in downstream data products.

Requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or tech environments
- Solid grasp of core accounting terminology, the contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition (including ASC 606 impacts)
- Exceptional communication skills and high energy
- Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and building operational dashboards
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills, including experience defining non-technical functional specs for technical teams to execute
- General understanding of ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and CPQ/CLM tools (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Ironclad) and how their data flows into BI platforms
- Upper-intermediate English level
