Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior BI Product Manager to act as the subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to real business decisions.

Build relationships across internal FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface operational friction points, connect operational pain points to BI, Machine Learning, and AI opportunities, and ensure complex commercial and financial processes are accurately captured in downstream data products.

Requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or tech environments
- Solid grasp of core accounting terminology, the contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition
- Exceptional communication skills and high energy
- Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and building operational dashboards
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills
- General understanding of ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and CPQ/CLM tools (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Ironclad)
- Upper-intermediate English level
