Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Designer to support commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and high-rise construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) that support design, coordination, prefabrication, and field execution.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit, perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, model electrical systems, support prefabrication and field layout activities, generate layout files and construction drawings, maintain model data, version control, and as-built documentation, lead BIM coordination meetings, and communicate constructable solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of BIM/Revit experience or 10+ years in the electrical construction industry
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Level of Detail (LOD) standards
- Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and model management
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite and Bluebeam
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
