Role OverviewThe Senior Bioprocess Scientist and Training Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Massachusetts Training Center (MTC) including the teaching lab, applications lab, and the equipment demonstration area. The position will focus on establishing procedures, development of relevant curricula and manage workflow to serve the bioprocessing industry as it relates to Asahi Kasei Bioprocess (AKBA) products and services.
What You Will Do
Design and execute technology courses, design experiments, lead strategic planning, manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare forecasts and budgets.

Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in life-science-related field
- 3-5 years of laboratory management experience
- Valid driving license with good driving record

Benefits
- Base compensation range: $150,000-$165,000
