De Beers London is seeking a Senior Brand Ambassador (Sales) to drive sales performance across all categories, with a focus on growing High Jewellery sales, and represent the brand's flagship store in New York.

Requirements

  • Achieve high sales across all categories, with a focus on high jewellery.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and demonstrate product expertise.
  • Maintain client information in line with guidelines.
  • Maintain 360 excellence in customer service and build strong client connections.
  • Ensure seamless client relationships across stores and Head Office.
  • Mentor and support less experienced Brand Ambassadors.
  • Share knowledge and adapt to business needs.
  • Organise and deliver presentations showcasing diamond and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a high level of vigilance to ensure the safety and security of both staff and product.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $79,000 to $84,000 USD annually + plus bonus and commission plan
