Role OverviewThe Senior Brand Designer will be responsible for creating the visual identity of Retell AI, including launch campaigns, landing pages, social media, and sales collateral. The role requires a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition, as well as fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that showcases a wide range of brand work across web, social, print, and campaign work.
What You Will Do
The Senior Brand Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that drive awareness, turning abstract voice AI concepts into visuals that people immediately understand, and extending the brand system so the rest of the company can produce on-brand work without design in the loop for every asset.

Requirements
- 3+ years of brand or marketing design experience
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to take a request from brief to shipped asset in days, not sprints
