Role OverviewAs a Senior Bridge Engineer/Project Manager at HDR, you will lead small to medium single-discipline engineering projects or large, routine projects, and foster client relationships. You will work on complex structural planning, analysis, and design for transportation projects, including bridge, box culvert, and interchange design.
What You Will Do
You will plan and manage projects, track financial aspects, and coordinate work effort with team members. You will also perform structural load calculations, assist with geometric layout and quantity development, and review design calculations and estimates produced by junior engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum 5 years project management experience
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- MS Office and MS Project experience
- Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills
