At Netflix, we're seeking a visionary and dynamic creative leader to join our Live Graphics Team as a Senior Broadcast Designer, Live Sports. As a Senior Designer, you will define, elevate, and deliver world-class visuals for Netflix Live events—shaping everything from broadcast graphics packages to cross-platform creative systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in a creative studio, media organization, or broadcast environment.
  • Proven portfolio of industry-leading work that drives impact.
  • Both hands-on expertise in design and motion, and practical leadership experience.
  • Experience implementing and executing insert, wraparound, virtual, and studio graphics for live events, content packages, and feature segments.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design, motion graphics, animation, compositing, and associated software.
  • Ability to translate brand DNA into live graphics systems that connect seamlessly with marketing and product.
  • Deep understanding of live television deliverables and workflows.
  • Strong leadership presence, with comfort presenting to executives and leading large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
