The team manages datacenter infrastructure in a live environment, maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment. What You Will Do
Serve as technical expert in supporting the core system and infrastructure for NEP's Datacenter in Dallas, TX. Support, maintain & troubleshoot technical workflows from datacenter to client and NEP control rooms.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience and a 4-year degree (or additional experience)
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
- Technical or B.S./Electronics field or Engineering preferred
- 6+ years of experience working in television production technology with progressive managerial responsibility
- Ability to work in, and understand SMPTE 2110 environments, familiarity with IP workflows
- Strong understanding of real-time video transport protocols including SRT, IPTS, ZIXI and JPEG-XS, with hands-on experience in encode/decode workflows and stream monitoring
- Familiarity with major broadcast systems including EVS, Grass Valley, Calrec, Appear, TAG Video Systems, and similar production and transmission equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major television networks and/or streaming services
- Schedule flexibility with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
