Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced SME-Level Budget Execution Analyst to support Intelligence Community customer missions from McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal allocation of financial resources, developing, executing, and meticulously monitoring budgets.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will provide expert insights to support and contribute to the analysis and reporting of a component's financial activities and budget, assist in crafting comprehensive spend plans, and record and track interagency agreements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in government budgeting, with at least 3–5 years in the Intelligence Community, and proven expertise in government budget formulation activities and the intricacies of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE).
Requirements
- Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 13+ years of experience
- A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in government budgeting, with at least 3–5 years in the Intelligence Community
- Proven expertise in government budget formulation activities and adept familiarity with the intricacies of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE)
