Role OverviewThe Senior Budget and Planning Manager will be responsible for content and monitoring of work plans and budgets, leading strategic processes of planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. The position involves working with stakeholders within the bank and leading cross-organizational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include preparing work plans and budgets, leading goal-setting and target-setting, monitoring and controlling, preparing data and reports, and implementing relevant metrics. The role also involves coordinating with departments, participating in committees, and representing the budgetary aspect.

Requirements
- Academic degree recognized in economics or business or accounting
- At least one year of experience in budget planning and/or managing work plans in a large organization
- Certified public accountant license from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (advantage)
- In-depth understanding of budgeting models
- Familiarity with SAP FM module
- Familiarity with BI systems (advantage in familiarity with Tableau)
- Proficiency in Office software, with a focus on Excel and additional analytical tools (advantage in familiarity with Monday)
- Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead complex processes independently
- Personal responsibility, order, and accuracy
- High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English
