Job Description
The Senior Building Automation Project Sales Representative will develop revenue from sales activities to new and existing clients by developing solutions for building automation projects in assigned markets. The role requires managing existing customer relationships, prospecting, and pursuing new customer relationships and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of identifying retrofit building automation including modernizing, upgrades, or replacements in building automation
  • 5+ years of knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical and components
  • 5+ years of experience with customer relationship development/maintenance
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions
  • Understanding of energy use, sustainability, and operational waste in systems
