Job Description
The Senior Building Technician is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all building equipment and timely response to service requests. The role requires strong technical expertise, personal accountability, and flawless execution of work activities in a high-risk critical environment.

Requirements

  • Perform and report on all work according to safety standards of the company, OSHA, and health codes
  • Follow up and monitor vendors for approved insurance requirements and proper documentation
  • Perform work area clean-up on a weekly basis
  • Directly manages at least one other person
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns
  • Keep updated and adhere to Company policies, standard operating procedures, Work Order and Preventative Maintenance System, Uniform Policies, Safety Handbook, etc.
