Job Description
Talcott Financial Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis, design, and delivery of business and technology solutions to support retail operations, New Business, Policy Administration, and Contact Center functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5–7+ years of relevant experience in business consulting, business analysis, or a related IT function
Proven experience working within the annuities line of business, with ability to translate business terminology into technical requirements
