Role OverviewThe Senior Business Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for product areas and platforms, owning them from requirements through production. They will build trust with stakeholders, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and own their product board. The role requires strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert for product areas and platforms, owning them from requirements through production, hosting and driving quarterly stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and feature reviews, leading end-to-end testing of features and releases, and managing and triaging ServiceNow tickets.

Requirements
- 5+ years of business analyst or consulting experience
- Demonstrated experience in Agile software development environments
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in testing, QA, and root cause analysis of issues
- Comfortable working across different platforms: websites, mobile apps, backend APIs, and SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and facilitate working sessions
