Role OverviewThe Business Advocate Unit (BAU) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a key liaison between ORS business operations and the Department of Technology Services (DTS). This role ensures that ORS business needs are translated into precise technical requirements, supporting both day-to-day ORSIS maintenance and ongoing ORSIS Modernization initiatives.
What You Will Do
Serve as the subject matter expert bridging ORS child support business needs with DTS technical specifications, author clear, structured business requirements, and develop end-to-end User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans.
