Role OverviewThe Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in Nucor Towers & Structures, serving as the primary liaison between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and IT teams to support, enhance, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) business processes.
What You Will Do
The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand current processes, pain points, and future-state needs. They will provide day-to-day functional support for D365 Finance modules, lead requirements workshops, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years as a Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, Solutions or Technical Architect, or Technical Consultant
- Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions, and providing solid process and technical recommendations
