Senior Business Analyst - Reporting

The Sr. Business Analyst will partner with the IT and HR departments to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements. The role will help mature the use of data with user-friendly analytical tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will have experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, SuccessFactors Story Reporting, and reporting best practices.

What You Will Do

Develop a deep understanding of Arthrex HR business departments and business processes to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements. Translate business goals and objectives into strategic business capabilities. Work with HR Information technology and HR departmental teams to provide and support best-in-class data & analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
• At least five years' experience within a business function, and Human Resources business analysis or business process improvement activity
• At least five years' experience in the deployment or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Front-End Data Visualization & Analytical Tools (e.g. PowerBI/ SF Story Reporting)
• Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure
