Requirements

• Creates artifacts helpful for the pod/project/initiative
• Ensures the team effectively categorizes work into manageable tasks
• Participates in cross-functional scrum teams as required
• Ensures the team’s assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in business operations and process
• Leads planning and conducts requirements sessions for those initiatives
• Performs gap analysis, researches and analyzes complex vendor solutions
• Collaborates with QA in developing the QA Test Strategy
• Owns the creation of the UAT Test Strategy & leads execution of User Acceptance Testing
• Manages large scale projects, both in size and complexity
• Communicates the progress of a project to a set of key stakeholders
• Manages activities to establish a target implementation date and remove blockers
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned by the manager
