Job Description
Senior Business Analyst role working with data platforms, gathering business requirements, supporting Agile teams, and driving scalable analytics solutions in a cloud-based environment.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or hybrid BA/PM roles within data or analytics environments
Strong experience working with Databricks and modern cloud-based ETL/ELT processes
Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
Experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, dbt, Fivetran, or similar pipeline technologies
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
