Role OverviewThe Senior Business Analyst will provide analysis of business practices, processes, and problems, developing solutions that may involve process design, software development, and policy procedural changes. The role requires working closely with ESS leadership and development teams to ensure that business needs are met with practical, scalable solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for creating documentation on process and requirements.
What You Will Do
Work with key department stakeholders to understand processes, intake business needs, and drill down to actual requirements. Develop and support business processes with an architect mindset, lead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, and facilitate daily stand-up meetings.

Requirements
- BS degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and development
- Experience working in business applications, including Salesforce, JIRA/Confluence, and NetSuite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities properly
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a role with similar responsibilities is a plus
