Role OverviewProvides expertise and systems support in the development and enhancement of business systems to deliver new or improved products for clients, as well as effective planning, reporting, and analytical tools for internal functions. Performs work at a high technical level across most phases of systems analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Formulate and define system scope and objectives, analyze business and user needs, devise or modify procedures to solve complex business and system problems, and evaluate the business implications of applying technology to current and future business environments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum five (5) years of systems analysis experience
- Knowledge of business-wide applications, including third-party software and internal operational systems
- Demonstrated ability to understand client and business requirements, as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
