Role OverviewThe Senior Business Analyst leads requirements and analysis for delivery, leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools. You will elicit and document complex requirements, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide teams and junior analysts.

Key responsibilities include leading elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements, translating business and regulatory needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
