Senior Business and Pricing Analyst

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a Senior Business & Pricing Analyst to support profitable growth through data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic pricing analysis. This individual contributor role is responsible for transforming complex business, commercial, and market data into actionable opportunities that improve revenue, margins, customer profitability, and overall business performance.

Analyze business performance data, develop actionable insights, translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations, and support strategic planning, forecasting, and business case development through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, pricing analysis, commercial analytics, financial analysis, market intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Experience working within a multi-functional or matrixed organization
• Demonstrated success leveraging data to influence business decisions and drive measurable results
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence business performance
• Ability to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends from both internal and external data
• Proven experience conducting pricing analyses and developing pricing recommendations
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis
• Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and large-scale business databases
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, or other data extraction and analytical tools preferred
• Experience building automated dashboards and executive reporting solutions
