What You Will Do
Develop and grow a portfolio of small to midsized business clients through direct business development activity, make retention and prospecting calls, build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities across deposits, treasury services, credit, and other bank products.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business banking, commercial banking, or relationship management
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of cash flow analysis, business credit underwriting, and loan structuring
- Experience developing new business relationships within the small to midsized business segment
- Ability to manage complex commercial relationships and recommend appropriate loan and deposit solutions
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated business acumen across a range of industries, markets, and economic conditions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with credit, underwriting, treasury, and internal banking partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pipeline management practices
- Established ability to generate business without relying on an inherited portfolio
