Role OverviewAs a Senior Business Consultant - Revenue Cycle, you will lead and facilitate Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives. You will scope projects, develop project plans, and assist with implementing solutions. This role will serve as the lead for development of training content to support operational improvements identified.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include initiating, executing, and managing Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness initiatives, research, quality assurance activities, and related projects. You will lead operational research and root-cause investigations based on stakeholder requests and collaborate with operational stakeholders in the development and design of operational changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of progressively responsible project management or process improvement experience
- Proven understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology
- Previous experience using or implementing Epic
