Job Description
The Senior Business Development Leader will drive strategic revenue growth for eClerx across Banking and Financial Services clients by originating, shaping, and closing large, complex deals.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, sales, or client services within Banking and Financial Services
Proven track record of originating and closing large, complex, multi-year deals involving transformation, outsourcing, analytics, or managed services
Strong domain expertise in one or more BFSI areas such as retail banking, lending, mortgages, payments, financial crime, or capital markets operations
Benefits
Target base salary: $200K-$240K
