Senior Business Strategy Analyst (Korean Bilingual)

The Senior Business Strategy Analyst will deliver information, reports, and support to internal/external customers, team members, and upper management in a timely manner while adapting to change in workload and maintaining current working related knowledge. They will play a key role in bridging Navien and the parent company overseas by communicating with both on a regular basis. They must also be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

The ideal candidate will analyze products, develop plans, and create product strategies. They will conduct multiple contractor interviews and field visits, analyze and report on the impact of the company's sales on management, and create business reports that provide insight into key data points.

Requirements

• Understanding of product functionality, structure, and mechanical aspects
• Background in engineering or prior experience at a manufacturing company
• Ability to analyze products, develop plans, and create product strategies
• Ability to conduct multiple contractor interviews and field visits
• Ability to analyze and report on the impact of the company's sales on management
• Ability to create business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Ability to synthesize internal and external information sources
• Ability to monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
• Ability to communicate data analysis results to managers in written and verbal form
• Ability to develop annual sales plans by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors
• Ability to analyze metrics and design reports to help make important business decisions
• Ability to communicate, liaise, and collaborate with the parent company located in Korea
• Ability to develop and design shareholder meeting presentations
• Ability to understand the new product development process and effectively improve internal communication within the project
• Ability to fulfill special project requests from the CEO, internal/external executives, and other departments
• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, related industries, markets, products, competitors, customers, etc.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with team members
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in workload, assignments, and priorities to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
