Senior C#/.Net Developer - II

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented Senior Software Systems Engineer (.Net Developer) to perform technical planning, high-level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution, software systems integration, and technical support for software systems and subsystems. The role involves utilizing full-stack development expertise, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of application, and providing development support for solutions deployed to production. The team participates in daily stand-ups and utilizes Agile framework for improved reusability.

Perform technical planning, high-level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution, software systems integration, and technical support for software systems and subsystems. Utilize full-stack development expertise, ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of application, and provide development support for solutions deployed to production.

The candidate will also have experience with Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface (RESTful APIs) and other APIs, and proficiency in database design and development, including working with Structured Query Language (SQL) Server and Entity Framework.

Requirements

• Expertise in.Net framework and.Net Core, with a strong understanding of C#
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and.Net core
• Strong Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Experience with Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface (RESTful APIs) and other APIs
• Proficiency in database design and development, including working with Structured Query Language (SQL) Server and Entity Framework
• Five (5) or more years of experience in software development using.Net technologies
• A proven track record of working on complex software projects and leading development initiatives
• Experience with designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications
