Role OverviewThe Senior Capture and Proposal Manager will lead complex and challenging bids within a company committing resources to winning pursuits. The ideal candidate must possess at least ten years of direct experience in federal government proposal development. This expertise should be applicable to bids for federal clients in areas such as digital modernization, cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud, DevSecOps, professional solutions, and emerging technologies.
What You Will Do
Manages all aspects related to the development, planning, scheduling, and delivery of assigned proposals. Plans, strategizes, and positions the proposal by developing win themes, value propositions, discriminators, and graphics.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Federal Government contracting and/or a Bachelor’s degree combined with equivalent related experience
- Understanding and experience with Federal Government procurement practices, including knowledge of FAR requirements and standard Federal Government solicitation organization
- APMP and/or PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat
