Job Description
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all case management services, providing case management and advocacy services to an assigned caseload, and participating in an interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate client recovery and rehabilitation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5 years of experience supervising Case Managers in transitional/shelter programs or related settings
  • Working knowledge of substance abuse treatment modalities and client self-help/support modalities
