Job Description
The Senior Case Manager provides advanced case management services to Veterans and their families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, supporting complex or high-barrier cases and mentoring junior case managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of three years of case management experience in a social service setting, with at least one year working with high-barrier or homeless populations
  • Familiarity with veteran services, housing programs, and local social service systems
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation required
