NexGen Medical Centers is seeking a Senior Medical Assistant who provides clinical leadership and hands-on support across multiple clinic locations, assisting providers, managing patient flow, and training junior MAs to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

Requirements

  • Bilingual- English/Spanish
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in outpatient or multi-provider settings
  • Reliable transportation; 75%+ travel
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Computer literate; Proficiency with EMR, documentation, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Delivers compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong team mindset
  • Excels in fast-paced settings through efficient multitasking and independent problem-solving
