Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Technician to join our Battery Materials team in Beachwood, Ohio. The Senior Pilot Plant Technician carries out daily work in the calcination pilot plant.
What You Will Do
Operate a wide range of calcination pilot equipment, prepare raw materials, record and communicate testing results, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
- BS in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field with 3+ years of experience
- Associate degree with 5+ years of experience
- High school diploma with 7+ years of laboratory experience
- Strong laboratory capabilities, including meticulous record-keeping and safe handling of chemicals, materials, and equipment
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience performing stoichiometric calculations
- Proven competence with laboratory instrumentation and analytical methodologies
- Solid commitment to safety standards and familiarity with pilot-plant operating protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
