Senior Civil Construction Inspector

As a Senior Civil Construction Inspector, you will conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses for civil projects related to civil infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines. You will mentor junior field staff and provide supervision as needed, collaborate with other field representatives or Project Managers, and perform other duties as needed.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting and documenting observations of construction, mentoring junior field staff, collaborating with other field representatives or Project Managers, and reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience, technical school or Associate's degree, and relevant industry certifications. You should be able to interpret construction schedules, have strong written communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
